This word was short but very encouraging to me as we cannot always see what the Lord is doing at the present time but faith tells us that our work is not in vain in the Lord. It kind of reminds me of a sparrow, he just jumps out at you when you are walking along, but you remember him at the end of the day, and are reminded of the verse where Jesus said that we are much more precious!
